Waitlist and launch emails

For launch emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message or email us about your preferences. Waitlist records are separate from Fern app accounts.

Privacy and account questions

Use this address to ask about your information, an account request, or a concern involving a child's information. We may need to verify ownership before discussing private account details. Sending a request does not itself confirm that an account or its data has been deleted.

Keep your memories private

Start with a short description. Do not include private photos, passwords, authentication codes, or full invitation links. We can discuss any necessary next steps by email.
